Пэр А́ндэрс Ру́длінг (па-швэдзку: Per Anders Rudling; нар. 1974, Карльстад, Швэцыя)[2] — швэдзка-амэрыканскі гісторык[3], прафэсар катэдры гісторыі Люндзкага ўнівэрсытэту (Швэцыя), спэцыялізуецца ў галіне нацыяналізму. Мае ступені магістра расейскае мовы (Упсальскі ўнівэрсытэт, 1998), магістра гістарычных навук (Унівэрсытэт Сан-Дыега, 2003), доктара філязофіі (Унівэрсытэт Альбэрты, 2009). Зьяўляецца аўтарам кнігі «Ўзьлёт і падзеньне беларускага нацыяналізму, 1906—1931» (па-ангельску: The Rise and Fall of Belarusian Nationalism, 1906-1931), якая апублікаваная Ўнівэрсытэтам Пітсбургу[4] й прысьвечаная тэме сучаснага беларускага нацыяналізму ад вытокаў да 1930-х гг[5].

Аўтар дасьледаваньня па гісторыі беларускага й украінскага нацыяналізму, Галакосту ва Ўкраіне й Беларусі.

У 2012 годзе выступіў з крытыкай анансаванага лекцыйнага туру ў Канадзе Руслана Забілага — былога дырэктара львоўскага «Цэнтру дасьледаваньняў вызваленчага руху» й дырэктара львоўскага музэю «Турма на Лонцкага»[6]. Паводле словаў Рудлінга, Забілый удзельнічаў у праслаўленьні ўкраінскага нацыяналізму ў ягоных самых жорсткіх формах. Лекцыйны тур Забілага, адзначыў Рудлінг, прасоўваюць арганізацыі, асацыяваныя з украінскім нацыяналізмам накшталт АУН(б)(uk) Сьцяпана Бандэры — антыдэмакратычнай, антысэміцкай і расісцкай арганізацыі, што выкарыстоўвала тэрарызм і гвалт супроць палітычных апанэнтаў і нацыянальных мяншыняў[7][8].

За гэта Рудлінг падвергся нападкам з боку ўкраінскіх нацыяналістаў у Канадзе (сярод якіх быў і прэзыдэнт супольнасьці вэтэранаў УПА). У абарону гісторыка выступіў шэраг вучоных і дасьледнікаў Галакосту, якія выказалі салідарнасьць з Рудлінам і назвалі ягоныя крытычныя выказваньні каштоўнымі і пераканаўчымі. Сярод тых, хто падтрымаў Рудлінга, былі Омэр Бартаў(en), Эфраім Зурофф(en), Довід Кац(en), Джон-Пол Хімка(en), Аляксей Мілер(ru), Атына Гросман(de), Рут Водак(en), Крыстыян Гэрнэр(en) і інш[9].
