Гэтая выява ўтрымлівае сымбалі, якія могуць быць незаконнымі ў Вугоршчыне (Крымінальны кодэкс Вугоршчыны 269/B.§ (1993.)), Грузіі, Інданэзіі, Латвіі, Летуве, Польшчы і Ўкраіне (Крымінальны кодэкс Ўкраіны 361-1, 2015) ў залежнасьці ад кантэксту.
Insignia Гэтая выява адлюстроўвае сьцяг, герб, гербавую пячатку ці любы іншы афіцыйны сымбаль. Выкарыстаньне гэтых сымбаляў можа быць абмежаванае ў мностве дзяржаваў. Гэтыя абмежаваньні не залежаць ад статусу аўтарскага права.
