Please check commons: before uploading images. This is great multimedia file collection shared between all Wikimedia projects. You don't need to upload images, just use them as local ones. Both maps you uploaded exist there.

Also please be careful with copyrights tags. Both maps are public domain (as on en: and commons:) not GFDL.
